I wasn't going to do it but I'll lay down the quick bullet points

1. there is a slightly increased risk, but this is not a reason to make it illegal. it's not illegal for people with diabetes or sickle cell anemia to have children. why should it be illegal for two blood related cousins or even siblings to have children?

2. people can have sex without having children. trust me, it happens all the time. there are even methods to prevent having children. you might have heard of them before.

3. though the risk IS slightly increased, when people talk about it as if the risk is GREATLY increased this only belies their complete lack of understanding on the subject. like maybe they think having sex with a sibling will magically cause your genes to mutate and a disorder to arise when no genetic defect was there before. this is not how it works. multiple generations of inbreeding CAN lead to genetic issues, especially if deleterious genes are passed down through multiple generations of offspring. this has absolutely no bearing on whether an isolated pairing of john doe and jane doe decide to have sex and have children together; having sex with your cousin is almost virtually not much different from having sex with a stranger of the same race. having sex with a sibling is slightly moreso but a lot of times the "blind risk" is mitigated. what I mean is this... if you have a serious disease that will cause your children to have problems you probably already know that you have it. meaning if there are no apparent, known problems in your family tree then there's also very little chance there's some hidden problem you don't know about which would pop up from one generation of incest coupling.

Like twins are hot, sure, but not for the incest factor, more from a threesome perspective or for getting with someone who is exactly your equal

But incest is pretty icky imo. I don't know, from the perspective of someone who has a 19-year-old sister, the idea that someone else in my position might be into that kind of makes me sick to my stomach. Especially if one of the siblings is older it REALLY feels like it takes advantage of the sibling relationship in a gross way (which is another reason twincest isn't as bad)

And incest porn is just the worst. Since there's nothing that immediately suggests two people are related (except with twins) they feel the need to very obviously and prominently and reptitively declare they are related, to the point that it gets pretty cringey

for me, horizontal incest does nothing. it probably ranks somewhat below "regular" relationships for me because the taboo-ness often leads to more annoying relationship drama (shall we? shan't we? is it okay for us to be doing this?? etc.) than focus on the relationship itself

but twins are special. for instance, I've heard of twins who develop their own secret language, which to me is the coolest thing -- two people who know each other so well that they've basically created their own world. even in public, they can slip into that world together and nobody else can follow. that kind of bond and mutual understanding is fascinating to me.

7. Booty

A nice shaped butt is always both pleasant to look at (especially in jeans) and even funner to grab. It doesn't have to be big, either, shape matters the most. Plenty of big asses that look awful and plenty of smaller asses that look amazing.
