Im more pissy that black men continuously lose their lives in what should be injury free confrontations with the police. The dude was high and incoherent, he wasnt refusing to comply out of malice or disregard and the stupid thing was the other cop was behaving rationally and disabling a 40 year old unarmed man with a taser gun so that he could be booked and sent home to his family... the stupid pig then decided to murder him for reasons unknown..
