Quality of yellows caught in the wild. Rocket Town or Mideel for Greats, Icicle Inn for Wonderfuls. You can tell in advance based on the battle configurations if it's what you want, that guide might specify that somewhere.

Both. You can have a parent with 0 wins in theory.

It's not too hard with Gold Chocobos because you can just judiciously ration your stamina through the race.

Or just cheat. Cheating works too.

So yea, I found Lucrecia and I got Vincent's ultimate shit


The funny thing is, I got the sub, Shinra soldiers kept saying the Gelinka is transporting the Huge Materia

but I found it Sunk on the bottom of the ocean

I got all of the stuff in there, including Hades, Yuffie's ultimate weapon, 2x cut, and the Highwind limit

so that's Cid's


THEN I went to Junon and saw the Gelinka take off with the Huge Materia

lol sequence breaking

like I said, I killed Emerald already. So I now have Master Materia

and then we went in Space!



I like how Cid completely forsaked the mission

The sub is never plot relevant, it's just used for getting to the Gelnika and Lucretia's cave

Its right before I breeded the Gold Chocobo

I have a long way to go to win every good prize in the races again

but before that, I immediately went to the sub and its just stuck

You're not going about getting de-clipped right at all. You should only be attempting directions away from where you're clipped in. Use the rotating camera and slowly rotate it back and forth facing towards the ocean while just holding up on the d-pad, occasionally up diagonal. Also try spamming the directions away as it might give slight displacement before collision detection.

I'm not saying that'll guarantee a fix, but you're only digging yourself in deeper the way you're doing it. I'm also pretty sure I had this before and got out.

So Diamond Weapon attack Midgar and we defeated it in battle

then Rufus shot the SIster Ray, destroyed the barrier, and then died


Hojo came and started fucking shit up and we have to go take care of it



I make sure to go to the Shinra Building and pick up the leftover goodies

I got W Item

I stole everything from the turks

AND I had Barret in my team when going to Hojo, so I got his ultimate weapon

I wonder if Vincent has anything to say against Hojo

I forgot to mention, this ENTIRE time, I've been rolling with Double Ap weapons and Armor, so my team is usually pretty gimped most of the time

Cid and Cloud are pulling double duty with their triple AP weapons

multipliers for all!

Knights of the Round still needs a shit load of work though

Before the spin offs, before the characterizations from said spin offs


all we had to go off from Zack were Cloud's broken flashbacks and then the shinra mansion disc 3 flashback


He was so helpful, selfless, and likeable that he got HIS OWN spin off just from 5 minutes of screentime. They were VERY important minutes of screentime, but still, thats pretty unheard of

it also helps that he was tragically cut down. I forgot how sad that was

He helped him and cloud escape, THEY ESCAPE TO ANOTHER CONTINENT, and after they make plans for themselves, he UNCEREMONIOUSLY gets gunned down by some random mooks RIGHT before they get to midgar

No wonder cloud goes further insane, he lost his war buddy that he was relying on this whole time right in front of him


So unceremoniously that Everyone around Zack never even gets closure. Aeris never finds out and shes been left hanging for 5 years, and his parents even longer

Sure, Cloud had to go through the conga line of trauma and pain, but Zack died before he could do anything about it

Dirge is...eh, I honestly don't remember much of it besides it not being very good but you get to check out some versions of areas from FF7 in PS2 graphics. I remember playing most of it in first-person (and being annoyed that dashing and using limits forced you back to third person).

aaaand I beat the game

it still held up!


Alot of the dialog is still different, the urban future setting really helped it

the Plot is still good


The tropes that were created for this game would inspire future games where they were used better or possibly perfected, so I thought this game wasn't gonna hold up

like how some people view Seinfeld



but, still a great game!


I completely forgot about being able to bring your whole party into the last fight

kinda...useless, really, but still a nice touch

I took my bustersword into the fight and I finished off Sephy all SYMBOLICALLY and shit



Cloud reached Lvl 99

also, I discovered the Magic Pot enemies

double and even TRIPLE their base 1000 each ap (and they ususally appear in pairs)

I mastered the rest of my materia in no time.

I actually mastered all of my command and magic materia!

This is the first time I've ever earned the master materia legit!

well, except the Summon materia but....the sub glitch =(



Also, I had NO idea you had finite materia storage!

I actually ran out of room, I had to go retreat and sell a few of my all materias



I earned enough money to get 1 AND A HALF billion

I almost beat that achievement 2 times over

I haven't watched it yet in these past few hours, but I just wanted to say

Advent Children kinda made no sense. At least, from what I can recall

I didn't even replay the game in anticipation for the movie


but nevertheless, the movie did what it set out to do

action scenes with our favorite characters in updated graphics


but despite all of that, my most favorite part of the entire movie ended up being the ending

no, not the wrapping up crap, and no, not because the movie stopped
