I had 95>01 & 95>97 at 1st too before the change. but given that the current gamefaqs demographic went through mercurial change. final fantasy vii & chrono trigger no longer had that captivation

I am kind of laughing at the people who thought 2001 was going to win, it is barely cracking 1/3 of the vote in the final. Hell, it barely made it into the finals while 98 pretty much coasted the entire way.

I thought so too, so I voted against my gut instinct which was a mistake. If I voted on my gut it would have got me at least close to 60.

shouldve thought about that for 2011 & 1994 when those years gained a better quantity of aaa titles, too little too late

It was dumb to have had North American releases only too. Terranigma came out in Europe in 1995 too.

I had a feeling it might go that way. Got a key one wrong though and lost near half of the top part of my bracket though. Got the final right at least. But I only ended up with 63 point.
