ne14a6t9r 05/24/17 1:00:03 AM #11:	Electrical engineers design the layout of electrical installations, such as positioning of light and power outlet, types of lights and outlets, switchboard locations, create floor plans, etc. Electricians are the ones that have to work out wtf the engineer is asking for and try install all their requests as per their vision.
