You know how there's those "undercover" segments on TV news channels, where they go try to find dishonesty, fraud, etc.?

Wouldn't that technically be illegal, because (a) you're filming in a private property without consent of the owner and (b) without knowledge of everyone involved (wiretapping laws?)?

You don't need the owners permission to record there. Although they can kick you out if they catch you. Plenty of states have single party consent laws. Which means only one person in the conversation needs to give their consent.
