No one will stay the way they are. That means, if you're financially challenged today, that may change in the future. We all take risks in life; marriage, the choice of career etc. Having children is no different. Some call it taking a chance and others call it having faith; having faith that the future will be brighter for both parent and child. That being said, realising and accepting that having children will drastically change one's financial, emotional and physical lifestyles is crucial. People who are unable to provide for themselves would most likely be unable to provide for their future children. The end result is that the children will grow up with little or no education, hence no chance at employment and will not be able to contribute to society. I realise I'm stereotyping but it is what it is. It is also likely that these children may not live to adulthood. It's quite a conundrum indeed. But still, the only thing we can do is understand and accept that choosing to have children is a huge responsibility. We must put their interests first before our own. Failure to do so will be most unfair for the children. Aim high, work for it, persevere and never give up. Having kids should be plausible.
