I'm an Asian/Vietnamese American man, I LOVE being Asian and I am very proud of my Asian/Vietnamese root, BUT I also like and appreciate America, I have a white American girlfriend, I watch American TV shows, I'm a gun owner, I eat both Asian & American foods etc..

all that said sometimes I feel like I'm too "Americanized" to be full Asian and not "patriotic" enough to be a real American, either.

Do you think it's really possible to be proud of both (being Asian & an American)? Or is there going to be conflict of interest?
