I fucking hate bad drivers

Like when you're on the freeway and you're getting off on an exit that is backed up and you wait in the backed up line only to have somebody pull up next to somebody in front of you and cut them off to bypass the entire line you have been waiting patiently in. Or assholes who won't let anybody merge on the freeway because they don't want anybody else in front of them, even though there is already a million people in front of them. Or douchebags who don't use their signals. Or fuckers that drive to fast and ride everybody's ass swerving in and out of lanes.

It's like these people don't give a fuck about anybody else. They think their time is more important than everybody else's. Not to mention the fact that they're putting people's lives at risk by not properly driving.

You know what? This doesn't even belong in this topic because it's not moderately annoying, it's fucking annoying as fuck.

Close talkers.

Leaving the sponge wet.

Wasting food.

Motorcycle enthusiasts (though most of them seem grumpy)

This is a huge one for me. There's an exit like this from one highway to another that I have to take when I'm seeing my girlfriend. And no matter what time of day it is, that lane is ALWAYS backed up. And the number of people who do what you described makes me want to vomit. It pisses me off so much that I will intentionally get as close to the guy in front of me as I can in order to prevent some jackass from trying to sneak in (after all, the driver already in lane A has no legal obligation to let in a driver trying to change from lane B to lane A, so if they hit me trying to jam themselves in, it's their fault).

I have to deal with that every day because I have to get from the 80 to the 65 every day. And the lane gets backed up and I wait patiently in line. It's never more than three minutes tops, but some people think "eh, fuck all those people waiting like they should, I'm going to cut everybody"

I do exactly what you do and not let them in because fuck those people, and I hate when they get in in front of me.

I stopped giving the finger to people on the road and instead have switched to a very prominent thumbs down. I think it is more effective. The middle finger is road rage, the thumbs down is even more powerful because it shows you're better than them. It's like when your parents say, "I'm not mad, I'm just disappointed."

Seriously. And it's not like these people don't know it's busy, so the whole, "holy shit I had no idea it was my exit that's backed up!" excuse is almost never legit.

The way my intersection is laid out is that the far right lane exits (the one that is backed up), then there are two lanes (a center and a left) that continue on the main highway. So on the occasion where the guy actually doesn't get let in (which is rare because I live in Minnesota and these people are too nice, especially in traffic), the guy will literally come to a complete stop in the center lane, waiting for his lane to open, completely impeding the flow of traffic for those who want to keep going straight.

Freaking assholes, man. Acting like they own the world and literally risking lives just to shave two minutes off their commute.

@MICHALECOLE Almost got killed today from a rogue truck driver. I was on the bypass and passed him and I guess he took it as a personal challenge because that motherfucker charged 90 just to pass me up again. I was genuinely scared, but had to show him up and charged left at 95. In a satisfying cliche answer here, he got pulled over by a cop and my wife and I flipped him off as the cop was writing him a ticket on the side of the road because it ended up being a 20-30 minute standoff... we thought he was gonna run us over on the side of the road at one point.

We would have just ignored him and continued along the 70mph speed limit at ~77, but he decided to troll us at a flat ~70 whenever we stayed behind him, so whenever we passed him it turned into the same scary song and dance.

I agree with your assessment-- bad drivers are the worst.
