Obviously you can catch and level up grass types, but you actually have to go out of your way just to prepare for him. If "literally impossible" counts as hard, then Paper Mario is an obvious example. Brock is easy in yellow if you catch Mankey on victory road or a Nidoran. Nidoran gets a fighting move earlier in yellow just for a Brock. This. Fighting the Asylum Demon without a weapon takes a VERY long time, but it is very easy to play the fight perfectly for the 30-60 minutes it will take to actually kill it. If "literally impossible" counts as hard, then Paper Mario is an obvious example. Brock is easy in yellow if you catch Mankey on victory road or a Nidoran. Nidoran gets a fighting move earlier in yellow just for a Brock. This. Brock's easy too if you got red version, as you'll have mankey's by then too. lol blue version Mankey does not spawn on Route 22 (?) in Red Version.
