Why is everyone assuming this is a head on fight? That's not how Jason rolls. Jason will probably sneak up behind them and slam an ax in their head.

she is in the dance room and looking at each exit one by one but no matter where she looks to escape jason is blocking each door thanks to his teleporting powers he only had in the 8th film

which is a shame cause she was the most likable character in that movie
she should have at least made it to new york. id have preferred her to be the final girl to be honest.

but he was just obsessed with the boat people in the 8th film and it made no sense

he ignored 100s of potential victims in the city just to keep chasing after the boat kids

90% of their hunts can be summed up as "brothers get captured. instead of being killed they get tied up so the monster of the day can go on a 10 minute monologue detailing their backstory and evil plan just to give the brothers a chance to escape and sucker punch their way to victory

I think I finally have the solution.

Chris and Leon steal Jason's mothers head, extract her genetic material and make a perfect clone of her in a derelict Umbrella laboratory. They attach one of those devices from RE5 onto her and have her tell Jason his work is done and can now rest.

Jason, not knowing his mother is a clone and being controlled, and also because she's the only person in the world that showed love towards him, collapses to the ground never to return again.

You missed the part where @Strider102 mentioned burning his remains to ash, which means that there would be nothing for them to eat and no way for Jason to come back. And that's only necessary if you consider the last two films as canon. The last film had a spaceship with magic technology in the future, and the one before it had literal magic that required at least a piece of Jason to survive. Neither thing exists in this scenario.

I haven't played the new game, but in the movies, Jason does not have the power to teleport. If the developer added that power to the game, it was probably a nod to the terrible editing in the films which made it seem like Jason was always nearby when someone was alone, no matter the distance between the victims. On film what we see Jason doing is walking and running after people, not teleporting directly. Not even in the film that very definitely features magic.

Woah how could I forget. Chris goes toe to toe with shit like Dr Strange, Galactus, Shuma-Gorath, Morrigan, and Amaterasu. He's going to eat Jason alive.

Yes he does! Three examples were given in this thread of Jason teleporting in th emovies.
