If you plan on starting Saturday, I'd say Thursday is the ideal day for roles to go out. Far enough in advance to build anticipation and hype, not so far that everybody gets bored of waiting

Too confusing/requires too much effort to host though. Imagine accidentally fluffing a flip or result because of the crossover. Mirrored simultaneous games would just sap the life out of the people running it.
