I don't like pineapple on pizza, I don't like pineapple at all, and yet I can't rightly bring myself to give a fuck who else eats it or how they eat it. ~~No one is really upset; we exaggerate our opinions because it's fun to arbitrarily create two sides and then argue over nothing; see comic books, Star Wars cannon, and the whole fantasy genre.~~ I don't know, man, I've seen folks legit rage about it in real life which is why it never struck me as just some random joke or meme. Even here on CE it's hard to tell at times who is just kidding and who is getting genuinely mad about it. I'm sure there is some that take it seriously, but I think the vast majority of users here are just playing around.
