Not only were they barely updated, but they dropped support for those versions as soon as they announced the XBone and PS4 versions. They changed how fast you level up, compared to the previous gen versions. It's much faster on PC. It's actually not a bad game on the PC, but there's a ton of paid DLC (that really feels like it's pay2win), which can turn people off. The base game is a lot larger than it was at release because they added a fair number of free things like missions and characters.
