All of DB: Street level
Goku and Piccolo may have reached low level city buster at the end. Actually maybe not.

Saiyan Saga: City buster
Vegeta claims to be have been able to blow up earth, but he was straining to gather the energy. Plus, the following sagas kinda point to blowing up planets to be more difficult than initially thought. Frieza himself miscalculated the amount of energy needed to blow up Namek . And this was pissed off Final Form Frieza. I think Vegeta definitely would have wiped out the entire area for miles tho.

Frieza Saga: Planet buster
Frieza blew up Namek and the Saiyan planet so.

Cell Saga: Solar buster
The power leap in this saga gives me confidence that Cell wasn't bluffing when he said he could blow away the solar system.

Buu saga: Galaxy Buster
Majin Buu is a godkiller and far stronger than anything we have seen before. Plus, this is simply just the next tier up lolol.

King Piccolo was filler, iirc. Rosh blowing up the moon can have two explanations: 1) moon is weak af, 2) Roshi is far stronger than we knew at that point in the story.

Didn't they confirm his PL was barely over 100 in DBZ? IIRC when Bulma does her scouter readings, Krillin is happy he's stronger than Roshi. But then again, Roshi can buff up. By how much, we have no idea. Also yeah, considering blowing up the moon twice didn't have much of an effect on the Earth in DB/Z, maybe it's a lot smaller than our moon and therefore doesn't have the same effect on tides and stuff.

best assumption is inanimate objects have negative power levels

blowing up the earth is basically a non-feat

same with the universe

it is more less a statement about how wide you can make your beams and whatnot

the true test is fighting some1 like beerus if you were to attempt to blow up the universe


I doubt Hit can blow up the universe and yet he is 1000 times stronger than dudes who can like Goku and Buu

He showed more killing techniques. You're literally making the same mistake Vegeta did lol. He thought he could beat Hit with sheer force, Goku found out Hit is actually just a tricky dude. He is also shown this way in the Manga. Hit is very powerful, just not in the traditional "ki blasts/ massive energy output". He's all about efficiency and killing. Hence his name.

For most shonen series, "pressure point" basically means they're busting out their own variant of Hokuto Shinken. It'd probably work on Superman, assuming they could properly strike his points & he doesn't have something like super regulators to counter it. Most pressure point moves basically involve disrupting the target's body, with the most visual example being the Hyuuga Gentle Fist from Naruto.
