The only games I'm really salivating to play are Bloodborne and Persona 5, but I would probably try Gravity Rush, Yakuza, Nioh, and The Last Guardian as well.

Not worth it unless those exclusives are really worth it. There is also the chance that those exclusives will get ported to the PC.

hard to say especially since they rolled out ps now for PC where most ps3 exclusives like UC1-3 + TLOU and god of war series is available etc. and they promised that PS4 games will later arrive.

I'd say yes because Uncharted series, The Last of Us Remastered, Bloodborne are all really good. The upcoming Spider-Man looks pretty solid too, and Horizon is supposedly great but I haven't played it yet.

For what it's worth, the exclusives are definitely not overrated, they are almost all of them fantastic as fuck (such as Bloodborne, Horizon, Nioh, Persona 5) --- He was born in a coop, raised in a cage, children fear him, critics rage, He's half alive, he's half dead, folks just call him Buckethead ... Depends on how many of the exclusives appeal to you. Check out a list and judge for yourself.
For as low as $250, you'll have access to dozens of exclusives, so I think it's worth it personally.
