Have you guys never done drugs before? Believe it or not, addictions can be controlled and maintained. If it needs explaining, short term use of drugs and cheese burgers aren't that harmful but once you start talking long term we're talking heart attacks before the age of 60. That isn't to say that people who do these things can't live long lives, it's just that it WILL lower your life expectancy.

And yes, I'm 100% saying that a regular drug habit (at 2-3 times a week) is the same as eating fast food 2-3 times a week.

I'm Australian so our version of DARE was sneaking into people's backyards and stealing their hose so we could make a bong out of a chocolate milk bottle. We even have a thing called drug diversion here which, on your first offense, you must attend. It's basically a lecture about how bongs are bad and you should smoke joints and not get caught next time.

She was purposefully open in all of her work about the social stigmas surrounding these diseases. She talked about the shame that torments people and their families confronted by these diseases. I know my Mom, she’d want her death to encourage people to be open about their struggles. Seek help, fight for government funding for mental health programs. Shame and those social stigmas are the enemies of progress to solutions and ultimately a cure...
