I tend to google news on it every few months or so, the latest has some juicy stuff in it:

Basically what the link says. Missing evidence:

A voicemail left by the victim at the home of what was believed to be her last stop of the day. Prosecution never presented this evidence to the defense, and is no where to be found currently.

Fuel levels of the victims car. Not sure on this one, can't really prove how much she drove in that 48 hours up to her disappearance.

Edited flyover video from the day before the vehicle was found on Avery's property. They were in the air for about 4 hours, but the prosecution only submitted 3 minutes worth.

Possible planting of the vehicle on Avery's property. Basically someone who owns property nearby recently gave Avery's new lawyer a signed affidavit that indicates someone used his property to move the vehicle onto Avery's property, but the prosecution never used this guy as witness or submitted any documentation on their conversations with this guy.

I think he's going to get a new trial, if nothing more than the voicemail thing. Seems like blatant withholding of evidence, which is a big no no.
