If youre meaning one of the 5 pieces they can be easily obtained via beating Seeker. Know the pain though wish you could just pay like 10k to buy a specific card.

there's two numbers, one is just how many cards they have, and how many you have.

the second one is how complete you have their packs, so 3 of everything.

I'm sitting at 5977 cards with only 3700 being sets of 3.
