Must still be playing the PS2 version. I honestly wish I could cheat in FFX-2 remastered because this game is so much worse than I remember it being. Boss fights are a chore, random encounters are a chore, getting 100% basically requires having a spreadsheet nearby every time you pop in the game. All the enemies cause status effects, there are more missables in this single game than every other game combined. I cannot stress enough how replaying this game caused my blood pressure to increase and probably gave me a few grey hairs.

You know, even if you managed to overpower your characters, it would still be boring, and you still wouldn't be able to skip those long cutscenes and whatnot.

In other words, I think you killed the fun of the game by trivializing it to spamming the cross-button. I think you'd be pretty tired of that after a while because of the lack of challenge.

I use save states in FFVII because every goddamn thing has multiple options.

I like being overpowered in games but that just sounds boring. Half the fun of x is figuring out how to shut down each enemy party setup in a single turn and finding the intended method of defeating each boss.

While we are kind of on the subject, more ff games need a ng+. Every rpg needs a ng+, hell, every game that exists should have a ng+ even if it doesn't really make sense.

4 Al Bhed primers. a meh blitzball player, and a shop isnt exactly a lot. Probably one of the lesser amount of missables in the series. You never played IX did you?

Regardless though if you dont enjoy it you should probably just give up on it and play something else instead.

Well, I guess I used Bruteforce incorrectly all those years ago because hacking every gummi ship blueprint onto my Kingdom Hearts file didn't net me that trophy.

games are different

while kingdomhearts might not give you an achievement that way, a different game will

take tales of xillia for example. i cheated to get all consumable items. that means jellies and food. that stuff. because of that, i got the trophy for fully upgrading the food shop despite never touching it
