Stories like that are the reason why I always cringe a little when I see or hear about Internet personalities in general accepting presents from fans. I always have that thought in my head - "What if that was sent by someone who doesn't actually like you, or who is just sort of bugfuck nuts, and it's been poisoned/trapped in some way?" It's slightly better if it's something sent via Amazon or some other third-party shipper, but still.

I'd heard that this had nothing to do with "art they didn't like." It was a beef with someone they had in real life, and the incident was about real life problems with the person, not online artwork.
