Oh no trust me, I'm more than aware that ultimately as a renter you pay for these things. Especially considering it's the business that I'm in. Only thing I'm trying to point out is how people often say things like "Well I'm paying $1,110 a month in rent and I could be paying $1,100 in a mortgage!!". Often times they are comparing the cost of the rent to directly to the cost of the mortgage (and MAYBE sometimes the insurance and taxes if they are included in the mortgage.) but they are leaving out the cost of those other things, so it's not apples to apples.
