Anywhere? That's the point of the mods. I could wear it in warm weather by itself, zip on the normal sleeves and fauld if it was a bit cold, the hood if it was raining, the scarf, puffy sleeves and long fauld if it was really cold, the armor and masked hood if I had to go out in the middle of the night, etc.

There is no equivalent USD for something that cringey.

I would also need a new courier bag to go with it too though. Dark gray with dark purple accents. Maybe have "calamus gladio fortior" on the front of it in silver, I dunno.

OK, but I actually am serious here, can someone give me a ball park figure for the jacket at the very least?

I was thinking lightweight wool would be a good material for the main body since I want to be able to wear it year round and the mods can help deal with the cold. I am taller than average, so that might be a bit extra, but not terribly much right? I guess all the zippers would be a pain though, so that would probably increase the cost... Hmm...

^^You mean with the mask on? I was thinking I could have three steel bands wrapped around the veil, the middle one on the outside and the other two inside. The top band would have screens on the inside that lined up with my eyes and got video feed from tiny cameras on the outside of the veil (or other locations I might plant them like certain vantage points or a drone) and the bottom band would have a voice changer in it, for obvious reasons.

That would probably be the most expensive mod, but it could be very useful in certain situations so I'm going to keep thinking about it.

That's because my artistic skills are lacking. It looks bland and low quality like many cosplay costumes, but do not be deceived, it would look very professional in person... If I have the money for that.

? It's literally just a jacket with different parts you can swap out, a cool looking one, but nothing wildly outlandish except for the masked hood and armored sleeves.

Huh, I actually did base the faulds and sleeves off of the ones you see in MH, since you can mix and match your armor like that.

Still though, in person it'll look bad ass. I think I'll make the main color a bit closer to gray though.

Thanks for having taste. I have no real seamstress skills, and I want it to be durable and decent looking so I'd have to get it tailored, which yeah, would cost a ton.

No idea, but I know there as sites that offer to make custom cosplay clothing, you can get a quote there.
