Omaha here. I'm actually surprised to see we're number 8 for worst. In my experience Omaha drivers aren't bad at all. Council Bluffs drivers across the river in Iowa are atrocious. Drivers are terrible anywhere in Iowa, really. I've also been to Minneapolis many times, drivers there are so much worse than in Omaha.

I'm from Durham and never noticed much bad driving at all. I live in Charleston sc now and it's noticeably worse.

I wonder what metrics they used for that. Because in my experience, people in LA drove much better than those in Philly. Yeah, traffic was backed up, but that's because there's a shit ton more people.

Philly does not belong on that top 20 list, no fucking way. Although driving through Allentown has never posed much of a problem

"Bay Area", CA? There's a boatload of cities in the Bay Area and absolutely no reason whatsoever to lump cities in the 680 corridor with San Francisco, Oakland or San Jose.

I can personally attest to drivers in SLC being absolute shite, though.
