As a comparison, if I'm going away for a few days and I'm not sure what the weather will be like, I'll look up various weather reports. I'll keep checking it as the date nears. I'll take several different layers and coats just in case. And an umbrella. All just to stop myself getting slightly cold and slightly wet. But these guys...they decided that no amount of research or testing or safety precautions would be necessary for getting shot in the fucking chest.
