No carbs for almost a week (tomorrow's the deadline). Idk what I'm going to eat on Carb Nite, was thinking the first one will be ice cream and pizza but idk

Carb Nite = Eat Carbs to store, every 10 days for me

Pretty much on target.

I have no issue burning carbs.

I do consume foods that focus on protein, fibre and calcium. I also take B complex supplements.

I abstain from alcohol, sugar and fats.

I don't really consider this a "diet" as this is pretty much the way I've lived until now. So it doesn't feel different or special in any way.

Guilty pleasure is caffeinated drinks.

My diet has been going fine, but I've been slacking on going to the gym. Usually I go 3-4 times a week, but I've been only down to about 2 times a week for the last two weeks or so (and before yesterday, hadn't gone since last Wednesday). Gotta get back into it.

What are your fiber foods? I was thinking broccoli and peas. I read peppers are a decent source too (they are also fun to cook with/eat so I'm getting excited)

I'm limiting carbs (not fiber tho) and results were fast. I also feel much, much better when waking up. High Protein and Moderate/high Fat diet is awesome. I do gotta tone it down with the cholesterol tho :(

It might at first, but take it from me, I haven't had any issues like that. It's been a long time since I started, so maybe my ass was a shit cannon when I first started, but I really don't think it did. It certainly isn't now.

It's all about moderation. Just take the normal serving size and you should be fine. You could always start for the first few meals with 1/4th serving, then 1/3rd, and just working your way up to a full serving. That might help.
