View Results Over 250 Jurors have been DISMISSED in Martin Shkreli's trial because all of them expressed objections and pre-judgement opinions towards the controversial former pharmaceutical CEO. The 34 known as "Pharma Bro" was widely condemned for drastically increasing the price of a life saving drug ad he's on trial for securities fraud in New York He stands accused of lying to investors and running a Ponzi-like scheme across multiple firms and faces 20 YEARS in Prison!! But finding impartial jurors for the trial is proving to be difficult as over 200 people have been dismissed in just 2 DAYS as many potential jurors have overtly negative opinions about him One juror described him as a "snake" as another said he was the "face of corporate greed" Shkreli's attorney, Ben Brafman demanded, in van, that the trial be CALLED OFF but Judge Kiyo Matsumoto summoned a new group of some 150 potential jurors The court was able to impanel the jurros and alternates needed to proceed as the prosecutor in the case, Karthik Shrinivasan opened the arguments that Shkreli had lies upon lies to swindle investors He stole 11 million in stock from his pharamaceutical company Retrophin to pay off investors who lost money in two of his hedge funds Martin resigned from Turing shortly after his indictment and earned the label "most hated man in America" as he hiked the price of Daraprim from 13.50 a pill to 750 a pill.
