I truly feel this, but I wonder if it's a defense mechanism.

Anyway, I feel like I don't regret anything, even the worst parts of my life. Like the pretty much 10 years I did nothing with my life, I could have but all I did was ruin my life pretty much.

But I don't regret it, since whatever experiences I have is what is molded me into what and who I am, yeah some stuff isn't good stuff, but it's still me.

If I changed something it would not be me anymore, not the current me. And that's why I don't regret, since I still want to be me.
