Warning - I own 4770 games, your browser will hang for a while

In the last few days, I've finished Stories: The Path of Destinies and Valley on Steam along with The Unfinished Swan on console so I need to pick out something else. Thinking since I'm on a run, I might as well continue with similar games over some long RPG or such.

Please don't suggest games I lack. Don't care how cheap they are on sale. I'm broke.

I'll have a look later as I'm on mobile now.

Off topic: 4770 games!? That's loads. How many of those have you actually played? I'm asking because I own around 30, of which I think I've played 8 (for more than 15 minutes, there are a couple more on which I gave up after less than that). And it just seems impossible to me to play all 4770 games a reasonable amount. So I'm just wondering.

Beaten somewhere around 225 of them, but played a fair bit more that were never finished.

The number was inflated by stuff like bundles, free game promotions and SteamGifts wins.

Yeah fair enough, I'm usually into big RPGs which take 40-60+ hours to complete, or open world games into which you can plug 100+ hours and barely scratch the surface. Completing 200 of those types of games would be a big ask. But there are plenty of games that only take a few hours to complete. I'm assuming that a fair few of the 225 you've completed must be fairly short. I might be wrong though.

Yeah, some short, some long. I got about 300 hours into Borderlands 2. :P

I wonder, is there a way to see your total playtime across all games ? (way off topic now for which I apologise)

A mere 471.5 hours for me. But although I've had Steam for 4 years, I only made the switch this year from console to PC as my primary (and now pretty much only) source of gaming.

Anyway, back on topic, I've had a look through your list of games and it's quite overwhelming; I don't know what to suggest.

What qualifies as an action adventure game anyway? Does an ARPG count? How about an action-platformer? I'm never really sure about these things.

I fear that after all that I don't think that I can be much help.

Sure, action RPGs are fine. Just preferably a simple one like Stories (where levelling just locked upgrades and grinding wasn't happening simply because you can't). Action platformers are great. Just about anything where I won't be dealing with needing to grind or anything else that would make the game take forever.
