i got an appointment later this month to check how it's going and i might have to take medication for it.

i was just wondering how people here with lazy thyroid or something similar go about their days.

i think its unfair to call myself lazy because i lack serious energy. i usually dont want to do anything. even urinating seems like a big deal to me and i usually don't want to. i kinda have to force myself to do things.

the reason why i dont consider myself super lazy is because i DO want to do things. I just dont have the energy.

I have to take a thyroid pill because another medication fucked it up last year. I am pissed.... Honestly though, I don't notice a difference, other than I'm not allowed to ingest grapefruit now.

yep. i had to look it up.

i did some reading on it as well. i also take naps throughout the day. i normally wake up at 5 am to go to the bathroom and stay awake untl 7 or 8 am. I go back to bed for an hour or 2. In the afternoon or so, I take a nap that lasts usually an hour. But I kinda hate this because I'm basically wasting my time not doing anything. I also yawn a lot.
