I purchased FFXIV on steam after leaving it 3 years ago, and also got BDO but only just made a character.

Is there no MMORPG with fighting style similar to the DMC series? AND one that is good?

Tall order, I know. But I want an MMORPG with fun combat.

Does it exist? And if so what is it?

If you have a campfire going, take half a graham cracker, lay a square of chocolate on top, then toast a marshmallow on a stick. Once the marshmallow is nice and toasty, put it on top of the chocolate, then put another graham cracker over it to make a sort of sandwich. The heat from the mallow should make the chocolate melty while you wait for it to cool. Voila, s'mores.

You can make them in a toaster oven if you don't have an open flame available. Just take half a graham cracker, lay a square of chocolate on it, put a marshmallow on top. Put it in the toaster over and let the marshmallow get golden-brown. Not too much because the chocolate will get too runny. Take it out of the oven and put the other graham half on. Cool, then eat!

I haven't played BDO, but I hear the combat is fast and fluid. I know levelling sucks in FFXIV, but once you hit higher levels, some Jobs really start to shine, and combat becomes a lot faster and more interesting.

BDO looks pretty cool, but I'm skeptical of mmorpgs

Blade and Soul. Free-to-play MMO with fast, reaction-based combat. Most classes rely heavily on "i-frames" for defense, abilities that grant you invincibility for 0.25 seconds or so.
