The fight takes place in the pool house. This is at the end of the series, so both characters have all of their power up unlocked and their rage meters are full at the start of the fight. But their respective weapons are locked in Aunt Viv's nightstand drawer along with her vibrators and other sex toys. Hilary is the referee.

During the show Carlton was dramatically more muscular. Will wasn't in bad shape but he buffed up a lot after the show. They probably weighed around the same despite the height difference. Carlton also had better stamina due to his love of dance. Carlton at full rage is willing to shoot to kill. Will is all talk. C's got this no problem.
