I dont understand why you would get married before 30 and or after something like 5 years together. See if you still want to do it after half a decade then decide. Theyre not going anywhere or they wernt the one.

it's not a one size fits all solution for everyone
there are super intelligent, successful, attractive people out there who would still suffocate in a marriage arrangement

because marriage is an artificial concept
of course it's not going to work for every couple
nature itself doesn't even work for every couple...

Good luck on no one changing their mind until they die and or no one cheating. Guys have a hard time with never sleeping with another female EVER AGAIN. Sounds good in the beginning but get 35-40 and they start having this "just one more" and generally goes to divorce.

I'm fine with the idea of only sleeping with my wife. I couldn't be happier and we are constantly growing together in different aspects of life.

But to each their own.

I agree.

But then again, I met my common-law wife when I was 19 and we've been together ever since, so I don't know. I think it was more of a freak occurrence, though. In my experience, it's usually a bad idea, especially if you are saving yourself for marriage or something like that.

Ive been with my girl for around 9 years, moved in after 4 when we had a daughter, have lived with them since. Ill get married eventually. Currently 30.
