Even though this is obviously a troll topic, I'll absolutely concede and say ex trans exist. Transitioning is a pretty heavy decision to make. And I say decision because it actually is a decisiom/choice to make if your gender dysphoria is that bad that you can no longer function happily.

Nobody who knows anything about the subject believes that sexual preferences are static and permanent, nor that transitioning is the right choice for every person with gender dysphoria. Neither of those things mean you should be any less accepting of gay people or trans people that choose to transition, though. Let them sort out what they need for themselves, consulting experts on the subject as needed, and support whatever they choose.
