I've been following it. Deals seem a lot worse than last year in terms of things I actually want. Mostly been looking at furniture. Last year I got an entertainment center and a table/chair set for pretty good prices. This year I'm looking for some shelves, a desk-- but all the furniture is chairs and beds which I don't need.

He ended up getting the Lego Deathstar ($500) for $180 and the Kwik-E-Mart ($200) for $70. I'm pretty jealous of those

The only deal I've considered all day was a small $35 work desk that was like... $5 off the normal price. I didn't bother because the discount was so paltry and it was much smaller than the kinda desk I actually wanted.

Total bust this year imo. May not even get Prime membership next year around this time.

How good is this deal ($229 for a PS Slim + Uncharted 4) and am I likely to find any reasonable deal on a PS4 Pro anytime soon (before Black Friday)

Cause I'd really like a PS4 Pro over a Slim but paying nearly double for one is a high premium.

Plus a box of organic coconut snack squares and 144 1-oz packs of planters salted peanuts.

$184.55 for $238.63 worth of stuff. That's like 22.5% off, and it will all last me a long time. Except maybe the snack squares.
