Like as a scientist if you were studying something and were skeptical of your data but it kept coming back suggesting that it was all internally consistent, if unexpected, at a certain point you would probably become convinced.

first of all, I generally don't approach data with preconceived notions the way that people approach political situations with their political leanings. major, major difference in perspective here.

secondly, you are actually making the exact argument that I am making and I don't think you even realize it. despite how badly people want TRUMP+RUSSIA to be true we have had scandal after scandal, investigation after investigation, and nothing has come of it. at a certain point maybe you should realize there might not actually be anything there. over half a year of data is internally consistent and it seems to suggest that no TRUMP+RUSSIA smoking gun exists.


finally, your argument doesn't even make sense in regards to me because there is not an outcome I'm hoping for here. I'm giving an analysis of the situation without having a preference for either outcome. the point you are making seems to assume that I want TRUMP+RUSSIA to be false, when in actuality what is happening is that you want TRUMP+RUSSIA to be true. I don't really care either way, doesn't affect me.

They didn't register as agents of Russia, actually.

Manafort registered as an agent of Ukraine (which...he was an agent of the Russian backed part of Ukraine so sure, basically Russia).

Flynn, on the other hand, registered as an agent of Turkey. Which...yeah, that one is weirder.

Like I feel at this point if i were trying this case in criminal court (the criteria of it being proven beyond reasonable doubt) id get a hung jury but that in civil court this would be a multi million dollars settlement.

In reality, some DNC mole set up a meeting between Don Jr. and another DNC mole pretending to be a Russian government lawyer (looking at her facebook reveals a bunch of photos from anti-Trump protests, lmfao). The lure was information on Clinton which Don Jr. never received because it was all a set up. Don Jr. released the full e-mail chain so that the lying press wouldn't be able to exploit the story with vague bullshit. It's fucking nothing.
