I still do it. Been getting better at pulling them up tho. Really depends on what I'm wearing and where I'm at. It just feels natural since I've been doing it since what like 2000 or 01

Is it still something young people do?

Yup. Don't know if I'd really call it sagging but on my hips just feel weird. Buy my pants a couple sizes too big and just let em chill with a belt.

Never got into it, always thought it was dumb.
My cousin sags his pants though(just turned 17) but he also refuses to wear underwear so it's basically just half of his naked butt shining to the world. You have no idea how many times I've had to force him to wear them right just do he's not mooning everyone.
