The problem with this season (and with most recent seasons) is the bloated cast. It's far too easy nowadays for someone to lodge themselves firmly up an alpha player's ass early on, leading to a bunch of duds forming a protective ring (just like happened with the Bomb Squad in BB16, or Paulie's alliance in BB18.) By the time the players begin to make a move against the alpha (if they ever so), we've already spent over a month watching static gameplay.

Since Paul can't evict Cody the normal way this week, he's ordered his minions to make him want to self-evict. Whether it be by getting Cody to snap and get physical or just being mentally drained. So they're basically just being totally vile to Jess/Cody non-stop. Josh was being Josh. Raven was screaming at Jess and insinuating she's a whore. Alex and Paul were calling her a sexual predator and that she should be in jail. Kevin was going around with Paul putting vaseline on doorknobs. Christmas was goading everyone on. Jason was just kinda going along with it. They're calling Cody a liar and saying he wasn't really a marine. Etc... Matt expressed he didn't like what was happening but after getting in a fight with Christmas over it, he just stayed out of it. Mark and Elena were pretty silent, but were still up in the HoH room after it was all over saying "oh we're still totally with you oh lord savior paul don't forsake us".

Paul, Josh, and Christmas were all called to the DR one by one and told to cool it. That if someone provoked Cody enough into getting physical, the instigator would be evicted along with him.

It's even worse than I thought.

Raven is playing the victim and trying to make Jess look like the instigator - she was crying about how Jess "attacked her for no reason." Uh, sorry sweetie, but you started it. If you can't take what you dish, then go fuck yourself. Raven is just as much of a vile bully as Aryan or Frankie and I hope she gets evicted soon - the fact that so many players this season "feel bad" for her and that "a sweet girl shouldn't have such an illness" makes me sick because Raven is such a piece of shit. DoorMatt needs to dump her and maybe I'll stop calling him that.

I think Mark and Elena are just sucking up to the HOH. I have no problems with them. I honestly hope that somebody gets expelled for this. Preferably Paul. He started it and showed that he was a horrible person. If I were in the house, I'd pretend to go along with it, but in the Diary Room say, "Ugh, I hate doing this, but it's what 'the House' wants and I'm not going to challenge it. If I do, I'll just be their next target. I can't stand bullies and I am looking forward to evicting every single one of these assholes." Hopefully, Jessica uses the Hex, then wins HOH and puts up Paul and Christmas or Raven, but Josh or Alex work too.

Hopefully he'll be above all the trash at #11 tomorrow, once more people change their ratings (like I did, to a 3). He doesn't deserve to be lumped with Raven, Paul, Josh, Alex, Christmas, and Megan, all of whom have proven to be awful people (and one is a quitter).

Victim blaming, are we? I am rooting for Jessica so hard right now. I feel bad for her in particular because nobody deserves to be treated like shit from horrible people, especially when all Jessica did was stand up for someone who stood up for her.

Nice leap in logic there. You sure you wanna cast judgment so quickly? No, I'm not blaming Jessica or Cody for anything they've been on the receiving end of from today. I've disliked their horrid gameplay and terrible attitudes all week. I haven't particularly liked either of them for a while after I saw them wanting to just quit because the social game wasn't going their way. For most of the season I've found their behavior lackluster and disappointing to watch. Seeing Cody explode on Paul after noms was terrible and basically a giant X on his character. Seeing Jessica constantly want to quit, quit, quit really leaves a bad taste in my mouth. My dislike of them two goes beyond today.

I also really dislike the soppy 'woe is me' narrative from Cody, as well as how nasty Jessica treated him in spite of his flaccid post-nom hissy fit.

These attitudes are likely starting to come from being secluded over a month now. I don't think a single day of people losing there morale grip is enough to downgrade anyone just yet. Big Brother always has been a psychological experiment, and everyone in the house is bound to act like a total idiot away from their normal selves on multiple occasions.

The things that trigger me is when racial and sexual slander begins, because those remarks tend to actually show deep rooted beliefs of those individuals, even if they keep them in check in reality.

From what I've seen live, this behavior is probably the worst I've witnessed aside from the racism in BB15 and the bullying last year.

Most players don't behave like this or crack under this 'experiment'. The players in mention here should not be excused for their shitty behavior. Hopefully they see the error of their ways post-season, but for right now they don't deserve to be held in good standing after much of their acts today.

Raven went from being terrible for being a fake pixie character whose favorite character was Frankie...to this. She found a completely different way to be terrible.

Raven is a horrible person and nobody likes her except those in the house. If they all impale themselves on the sword so she can "win because of her illness" then I will never watch Big Brother again. A piece of shit that horrible should not be allowed to win Big Brother.

What's worse is that Raven is the bully, when she's the one playing the victim constantly. I hate bullies no matter what, but the ones who treat themselves as the victim in the process of their bullying are the worst.

Well I mean Jess and Cody may not have deserved yesterday but that doesn't mean they're squeaky clean people themselves. We've seen they're capable of being nasty too. I absolutely believe Jessica would've joined in if it was like Alex being targeted.
