In an attempt to show the drugs original location on camera, he placed the drugs back to where he found them in order to catch it on video. The problem obviously is that he is manipulating evidence and should have not falsified the finding of the drugs, which is a major problem and creates integrity issues. --- Bender: You know, I was God once.
