Might be out of wack. I know that if you aren't getting proper nutrition it can make it feel like you never have energy to do anything.

I started taking a B12 suppliment, and man. A week going and I already feel a lot better and some of the tightness in my chest I used to have is gone. Also sleeping better.

......if the problem is a chemical problem/deficiency in your body, then yes. Just an idea.

Wont be able to go into detail, currently in a short work break.

Got a blood test for finding things affecting my depression. Nothing showed up. Eh.... My problems can't be solved by just meds, either. None have worked for me. No money for therapy, either.

I mean, it's definitely possible for people to think themselves sick. If it's not physical, then the other way out is that with time, eventually you get tired of being tired.

Lack of sunlight. That's another one.

I was prescribed a B12 supplement recently. A blood test flagged up a deficiency, along with a high potassium level (caused by Lisinopril, a heart tablet I take), which was causing most of my issues. I contracted pneumonia late last year also (I was in ITU for a month and was lucky to survive really). I don't know if my high potassium level could have made me more vulnerable (it was at 8 when it should have been 3.4-5 apparently).

Also, living in Scotland where it's famously dull and rainy quite a lot, Vitamin D deficiencies are common too.

I have low vitamin D levels. Was put on strong prescriptions last year to raise it up, but the doctor was surprised that it didn't raise by much. Got another prescription after that, but didn't finish it off.
