Especially someone you had always been a fan of. Its tough man. Its like if someone that was that successful in life couldnt make it through, how do I stand a chance, you know?

This is the second time I've seen you post this since and you should probably seek actual professional help instead of coming to this board. There's nothing shameful about therapy and you're going to actually find answers and help there as opposed to this place.

Because it's very easy to hide that you're suicidal or depressed.
I mean, I do it automatically even with the fucking psychiatric nurse and I genuinely like her and want her help

Looking successful doesn't mean much. The grass is always greener on the other side.

The very first thing you need to realize is really quite simple:

Happiness does not necessarily lead to success. And success does not necessarily lead to happiness.

The second thing you need to realize is that therapy isn't shameful. If you've tried everything you can think of to turn yourself around on your own and you haven't managed to do it, there's nothing wrong with turning to someone who's got more knowledge and experience in the subject. If you're a great writer but you don't know how to do your taxes, there's nothing wrong with going to a professional to help you with your taxes. It's the same thing, really. You're probably very good at certain things, but nobody's great at everything. That's why people have specific jobs and we go to them when we need something that is outside our area of expertise.

It's not gonna happen overnight, but if you put in the effort and have some patience you can conquer depression. I've done it. I've been in a therapy program with group and individual therapy components for about 6 years, and even though I have graduated from the program and could probably stop attending and be fine I have decided to continue in order to help others going through the same thing. It takes effort, but it's worth it. And the sooner you try the better it will be.
