The last girl I remember was a Playboy playmate and she took a picture of a granny or something in a gym and she was banned from those gyms and got fired or something.

Can't tell, image is too blurry. Granted if he's just a worker, then this whole thing becomes about a girl mocking an overweight man as opposed to an overweight man trying to improve his confidence and body.

Myth.

Proper weight loss is achieved by eating only somewhat less and coupling that with regular exercise. If you try to eat substantially less than normal, your body will feel deprived and while you may lose weight, it will be because your body is literally consuming your muscles for energy because muscles are a quicker energy source.

If you see a fat guy eat a 1000+ calorie balanced meal and then hit the gym, he's doing it right and the weight will come off. If he's starving himself, he's going to fuck it up and become what's called "skinnyfat", which is just as bad as regular fat because you're still fat.

Don't spread misinformation.

In addition to what I just said, it's not eating less, but eating healthier that's most beneficial. Yes, a calorie deficit is good for weight loss, but eating choices are equally as important if not more so.

At least she's now shamed publicly.

I always silently cheered on the fat guys that went.

I saw one guy lose probably 150lbs over probably 2 years of gym time and people we're always giving him props. It was really great to see.
