I got one on a trial because I wanted the Rick statue/figure from Rick and Morty because it's awesome and it was pretty cheap, and I ordered a couple of clearance things from the Loot Vault also. One order was on the 17th, the other on the 18th. I still haven't received a shipping confirmation for either, even though the email stated I would receive my crate between July 20th and 28th if I ordered before the 19th. Both orders are still pending, payment was taken from my account but even on the orders page it tells me "Your order is being processed and you will be notified when it ships". Does it normally take a week plus to even ship anything? Even non-crate items, which is literally just a tee shirt and a pair of socks for the wife, why would it take 8 days and still going without it shipping? I'll likely contact customer support, but i'm wondering if anyone else has used them and had similar experiences with a long period of time between ordering and shipping.
