I picked up Kingdom Hearts 1.5 + 2.5 for the PS4. I've never played Kingdom Hearts before, and I'm a little bored in the cutscenes. Do I skip them?

I think they're a huge part of the game's appeal but it'd be kinda cool to skip through all of them so you have no idea why you're doing any of the things you're doing. That'd be a fun clusterfuck

The story can get a little difficult to follow even if you watch them all intently so I'd only suggest skipping them if you really have no intention of following the story at all for any of the games.

It just feels like they are pretty damn long, but also if I ignore the story idk why I'm even playing the game because the gameplay itself doesn't feel good at all. Would I be better off just reading story as I go?
