For the record, the Facebook page in question here was being used to allow constituents to comment or ask questions....I don't think personal pages apply...the title and picture of Trump's twitter is clickbait. They determined that because she was using her FB in that way censoring comments or questions critical of her wouldn't be ok.

Presumably if it applied at all to Trump, he wouldn't be able to block people on the @POTUS account. He can and will continue to shit all over the place on his personal Twitter and can block anyone he likes while doing so.

Then again, even if the courts were to rule against him, he'd simply ignore them anyway.

No, there is an ongoing lawsuit against specifically trump's twitter, the article is talking about more than one lawsuit but the court ruling in question was for the facebook one.
