I will be making sushi this week and I have few ideas on what kind I want to make, but I wanted to ask you all for any interesting ideas. I will be using predominantly tuna and salmon for the fish... What ingredients/combinations do you guys like?

I personally think you don't even need extra stuff for either of those. Can add cream cheese with the salmon for a philly roll

Here's my preliminary menu so far

Roll 1 - Tuna, Avocado inside, Avocado on top (rice is on the outside of this roll)
Roll 2 - Salmon, green apple, kiwi
Roll 3 - Tuna, Salmon, Jalapeno, Avocado
Roll 4 - Crab, Cucumber, Spicy Mayo, Sesame Seeds (Rice on outside of roll)

Sushi can be anything you want it to be but I personally would stick with fresh ingredients typical in a roll like cucumber, carrot, avocado, and other fresh produce.

I had a Philly cheese steak one once.
