Im always interested in watching these movies not just considered bad, but worst of all time bad.

But then I think if the movie sucks ass whats the point? I dont really watch things for so bad its good factor.

basically i am interested to see if I think its one of the worst movies ever, but then I'd give up because id realize im spending two hours watching verified garbage.

Normally i dont let opinions affect me that much, but universally panned is another thing.

I believe so, and it's certainly not bad enough to warrant a zero. I've seen far worse. Last House on Hell St (five minutes of technicolor trees) and A Night to Dismember (exact same scene used five times) being two examples.

Granted, in the case of A Night to Dismember, something like 70% of the original film was destroyed and, rather than scrap the movie, they used clips from other films, added in a new character (never seen interacting with anybody), and re-dubbed the thing with a narrator trying to make sense of the new story.
