The marijuana must have affected the breast milk because that baby was calm and quiet most of the time. The parents of the father had a talk with her and their son. They both stopped smoking for some time after that. The baby is now grown to be as hyper and loud as any other toddler. So a toddler is acting like a toddler without the weed? What I meant was that they stopped their habit and that there was no permanent damage to the baby's health. If you're breastfeeding, driving, in public, around the kids, etc. No you shouldn't, but if you do it responsibly at a good time then I don't see an issue, it would be the same as asking if parents should be allowed to drink. Obviously yes as long as it's done responsibly.
