Most of you don't seem to comprehend that the constitution isn't a rights-granting document, its a government-resticting one. The constitution doesn't give anyone the right to do anything, it restricts the government and its agents from taking certain actions under certain circumstances, and that's it. That basically means the same thing but it worded it better. "you can't fire me for telling you to fuck off! I HAVE FREE SPEECH!"....more people need to understand the constitution has nothing to do with that.
