Battleborn only flopped because Overwatch happened. From everything I've heard, if you can actually find people to play with, Battleborn's actually a pretty good game.

False. The only genuinely cool thing about it are the animated cutscenes. Everything else is average. I bought it at launch, it was underwhelming, and I returned it (thankfully). If it had been good based on its own merits, people would've liked the beta then bought the game as was the case with Overwatch, especially as it was first out the gate. Instead, the beta turned everyone off. I only gave it a chance in spite of said beta because I knew I could swap it for a different game.

Yeah, Borderlands 3 would be nice, especially with the way 2 ended. Let's hope when it does happen, that we actually get decent amount of in game storage and that all storage is shared, like in Path of Exile. Also hope they change the inventory ui, as it's annoying as a list. Hoping they also make the drop rates more like the first game and keep the ability to farm specific mobs/bosses for desired drops. Get rid of the slag element as well.

the reason why overwatch beat battleborn was because overwatch was actually good.

they shouldnt have released it when they did. lots of people thought they were similar games despite one being a moba and one being a team based shooter with an obj.

they dropped the price 15-20$ just 1 week after it was released because overwatch came out a week after it did
